      This is a very unique item and was produced by Trams Manufacturing Co. from Chicago, Illinois (Crystal Lake, Ill) and is a 3.5 hp, 77 cc engine. It was produced approximately around 1957. Model # 2428338

      This birch bark canoe and wooden paddle were created by hand by Nap Vincent, (son of William Vincent). The paddle displays native style artwork in the form of a totem pole with various animals.

      This canoe was made by native people from the Moosonee area and is constructed with pine bark, pine sap, leather strapping and wood slats. It measures 21 feet long and weighs approximately 130 pounds.

      Traditional snowshoes are made of a hard wood, usually ash. The webbing material is rawhide, which is strips of denuded animal skin. The animal from which the webbing material was retrieved was traditionally moose, deer, or caribou.
