      21 cm x 21 cm silver picture frame containing two black and white photos and one silver cross belonging to Sidney Thomas Hewitt. Cross measures 3 cm wide and 3.5 cm tall.

      Green canvas belt that measures 5.5 cm wide and 105.5 cm long. It has a circular, gold buckle that reads Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps.

      Wool greaves that have 14 buttons and a strap with a buckle for under the shoe. The greaves are 25 cm long, 12.5 cm wide at the top, and 16.5 cm wide at the bottom.

      Handknit balaclava made from green wool. It is 43.5 cm long, 19 cm at its widest, and has an eye opening that is 12 cm wide. Balaclavas provided facial protection from the cold.

      Brass anti aircraft shell casing remade into vase. It measures 8 cm wide and 19 cm tall.

      Metal helmet that is 31 cm wide with black insert.

      Wooden baton measuring 56 cm long with a circumference of 6 cm. It has a leather wrapping and it is unadorned. This type of baton is a symbolic of an officer's status and it would have been used for disciplinary actions.

      Brown leather greaves that have 9 buttons, 3 upper buckles and straps, and 1 lower buckle and strap to attach greaves around boots. The greaves are 44.5 cm long, 17.5 cm wide at the bottom, and 16.5 cm wide at the top. They are also felt lined.

      The black lanyard is in good condition, while the green lanyard is frayed and broken.

      The initials "MEH" are written on one end of the preserver by the blue tie.
