      This table, with its shelf, might be for holding things rather than sitting at. The stamp on the back of both drawers shows that it was manufactured in Cobourg, Ontario.

      An oak stand-up school desk, arts and crafts type in classical style, from Port Hope’s Trinity College School. There is storage space under the top and three shelves of storage space accessible at the back. Both top and back door are fitted with locks but there is no key.
