      This item is a diary which was owned by Fred Hyndman. Entries begin in 1867 and include a number of poems and recipes. Some of the entries have faded significantly and are difficult to read.

      A four page program of Mrs. Raymond's Annual Concert, given at the Music Hall, London on the evening of October 15, 1867. The concert was divided into two parts, with performances by Dr. Sippi; Messrs. Marshall, Furness and Mundell; Miss A. Ferguson; Mr. F. J. Glackmeyer.

      This brief note contains a listing of Capron’s land holdings in 1867 and an estimate of their values. He notes that “several small pieces of lots [are] not counted.” He valued his land at $77,300. The reverse lists the value of a number of bank notes.

      In this rough draft of a letter written to the mayor and corporation of Paris, Capron complains about the poor condition of the William Street bridge crossing Smiths Creek.
