      The good news : Lots of leisure time. The bad news : Most restaurants and entertainment closed. Unemployment.

      The good news : Cheap gas. The bad news : Nowhere to go.

      The good news : Smart merchants found a way to deliver. The bad news : Not allowed entry most stores.

      For health and safety reasons library patrons are not allowed to browse the shelves but they can ask staff to retrieve material for signing out, pick up holds and use the computers, all part of Phase 2 of reopening during COVID-19 pandemic
