      McGibbon Hotel became the Milton Inn. The Milton Inn burned and was demolished in 1973.

      Isaac Green was born May 27, 1857 in Milton, Halton County, Ontario, the son of William Green (1807-1886) and Catharine Bowman (1813-1887). They are buried in the Milton Pioneer Cemetery. In 1901, Isaac married Elesta "Clista" Ann Sherk. She was born 1872 in Humberstone, Welland, Ontario. They had two daughters …

      Sarah Bowes was the third daughter of Thomas Bowes and Dorothy Willmott. Photograph pasted on board.

      Thomas Henry Willmott married Catherine McCann in 1864. They had six children, two of whom died in infancy. The surviving children were Anna W. b.1865 (married William Hutchinson); Louise, b.1867; Frank Thomas b.1870; Alice G. b.1880. Photograph pasted on board. Thomas H. Willmott died July 27, 1904

      James Harrison was the son of Thomas Harrison and Elizabeth Hodge. He was born in 1824 and died in 1904. Mrs. James Harrison died in 1899 aged 60. Photograph pasted on board.

      Catherine Ann Pearen. b.1872 d.1952. Catherine was born in Peru, Ontario, the daughter of Robert T. Hill and Eliza Huffman. She married Frank Pearen in 1902. They lived in Milton. Photograph pasted on board.

      Probable connection with the Hill family of Acton and Peru, Ontario. Jenny Bell Hill is the daughter of John Franklin Hill and Minnie Hill, Welland, Ontario

      Son of John Willmott and Rachael Cunnington. Robert Willmott married Margaret Sproat in 1854. They had seven sons and three daughters. For further information see "The Willmott Family and Alliances 1770-1905". This picture was taken from "Milton Semi-Centennial 1857-1907".

      D. W. Campbell was born in Peel County of Scottish parents. He studied at Galt Collegiate Institute and later joined a law office and continued his legal studies but did not complete the course. In 1876 he married Louise White, daughter of John White, M.P. They had four sons and …
