      This 1838 crown land document grants a plot of land in Brantford Township to William Dickie of Brantford Township, in return for £57. The land is described as being part of the south portion of lots 1 and 2 in the third concession.

      Though the contract is dated 1841, Racey's signature is dated July 26th, 1841.

      The original date of signing was January 4th, 1832, but the cover also includes a memorial of this indenture by Racey, dated July 17th, 1834.
