 Algoma Advocate, 1942     These three clippings were stapled together and all deal with the fiftieth anniversary of the Iron Bridge United Church. The articles deal with the festivities that took place, and some of the former ministers. A group photo of event attendees is part of this page.

      The Paris Museum and Historical Society has business records, which include local newspapers of Maher advertisements dated to 1939. Therefore we know the business was operating at the beginning of the Second World War, although it is unknown when it first opened.
