      This Packard V. 12 car was converted into a fire truck by Clarence Pengelly for the Whitby Township Fire Department around 1930. Around 1935 Mr. Pengelly converted this vehicle into a tow truck for his garage. John Whiteford Shoe Store was located at 48 Baldwin Street.
