      The original date of signing was January 4th, 1832, but the cover also includes a memorial of this indenture by Racey, dated July 17th, 1834.

      This handwritten abstract of title contains a brief transactional history of the ownership of the land which, at the time this was written in 1866, belonged to Hiram Capron.

      The accession numbers are in reverse sequence from the page numbers.

      This brief note contains a listing of Capron’s land holdings in 1867 and an estimate of their values. He notes that “several small pieces of lots [are] not counted.” He valued his land at $77,300. The reverse lists the value of a number of bank notes.
