      COLOUR

      Odd Fellows Hall, Wesleyan Street. Originally built as Wesleyan Methodist Church, founded 1841. The first church in Georgetown completed in 1845. This brick church erected in 1876 and dedicated 21 Jan. 1877.

      St. Alban's Anglican Church and Rectory. Church erected in 1902.

      Main and Prince Streets. On the left was formerly a general store erected 1854. Reputedly the store Timothy Eaton first worked in. Centre : Town Hall erected 1871. Right: Copper Kettle Inn - general store for village until 1972.

      Williams Saw Mill dating from about 1850. Later converted to woollen mill, power company, Apple products and now Solinst (1990)

      Goodlet's Building Designation Plaque. The inscription reads: "Built in 1879 by Dougal Reid and operated by Mr. Reid and his descendents as a hardware store until 1945, when it was purchased by Goodlets."

      North wall of the 1882 stone Beaumont Knitting mill. The woollen operations ceased in 1982. It was designated by Heritage Halton Hills in 1990.
