      See reverse for correspondence. Stuebing and Son was established in 1881 as Stuebing and Company by Henry Stuebing. Name changed to Stuebing and Son in 1907 when Henry Stuebing joined his father in the firm.

      Note the cattle byres around the distillery. Cattle were fed the grains and distillery waste. In 1857 William Hespeler, a merchant, and George Randall, a contractor, built what was known as Granite Mills in Waterloo, Ontario.
